This LL-Whitepaper is on a voluntary basis compiled in accordance with the legal requirements of the Token and Trusted Technology Service Provider Act (“TVTG”) enacted by the Principality of Liechtenstein and which forms the legal framework regulating the entire life cycle of crypto assets of all kinds. The TVTG provides rules for the nature of digital assets as well as the requirements for the provision of professional services in connection with distributed ledger technology (“DLT”). The TVTG sets forth the civil law rules for the creation, ownership, transfer, and deletion of a token, and therefore, the entire life cycle of a token. The purpose of the TVTG is to provide general rules for initial public token offerings of any kind of token that shall protect investors, increase trust in token offerings and prohibit the abuse of token offerings for unlawful purposes.

The purpose of this LL-Whitepaper is to present the LL-Token (“$Lopes”) and the related $Lopes-Ecosystem (“LL-Ecosystem”) to potential customers in connection with the proposed ICO.
